ABOUT THE AUTHOR

She is a mother, entrepreneur, and creative who writes from real-life experience and honest observation.

Raising both a son and a daughter has shaped how she sees patterns, choices, and the impact they have over time.

Character Over Chemistry grew from that perspective, a desire to help young men pay attention, see clearly, and make better decisions before they get too far in.

Her writing is grounded, thoughtful, and focused on what actually lasts: clarity, self-respect, and peace.

I’m not a therapist or someone with a PhD. I’m simply a mother whose observations over the years became conversations, and eventually, this book.

Pre-Order The Book

WHY SHE WROTE THE BOOK

Sade wrote Character Over Chemistry from a place of love, the kind of love that wants better, clearer, and more for the next generation.

It began as something personal, a message she wanted to share with her son and the many “bonus sons” in her life.

As a mother raising a son, and being surrounded by young men through friends, family, and life, she’s had a front-row seat to the questions, the confusion, and the situations they often find themselves trying to figure out in real time.

Over time, she started noticing patterns. More than once, she found herself wanting to pause and say, “Hold on… let’s think about this for a second.”

This book grew out of those moments.

As a mother offering honest perspective, real-life insight, and the kind of wisdom that comes from years of observation, she simply wanted to share what she had learned before another young man found himself learning the hard way.

Her hope is simple: that young men learn to recognize patterns earlier, choose better, and protect their peace, their focus, and their future.

Because sometimes, a little clarity, and a little “Mama wisdom,” can make all the difference.

PHILOSOPHY

At the heart of Character Over Chemistry is a simple belief:

Not every connection deserves access to your life.

Chemistry can feel powerful.
Attention can feel validating.
But character is what reveals whether someone brings peace into your life or quietly disrupts it.

When people learn to recognize patterns earlier, move with greater discernment, and stop ignoring what they already sense, they protect far more than their relationships.
They protect their peace, their focus, and the future they’re trying to build.

Because peace is not something you gamble with.
It’s something you protect.

And sometimes the most important decision is recognizing what no longer deserves access to you.
