Character Over Chemistry began long before it became a book. It began in my heart as a mother raising a son and having the privilege of watching many young men grow over the years. As I watched them navigate life, relationships, and the choices before them, I found myself returning to one question:

How can we better prepare young men to recognize the difference between chemistry and character before life makes that lesson harder to learn? That question became a conversation, and over time, it became Character Over Chemistry.

My hope is that what begins here encourages you to slow down, look beyond chemistry, recognize the value of character, and embrace the power of discernment—not only in relationships, but in the choices that shape every part of our lives.
